There is a dining table for breakfast and evening meals where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views, sunsets and sunrises. There is also for two seater sofa, coffee table and tv's in the lounge and bedroom.

We offer free off road parking so it is possible to leave your car for the day and walk into St Ives or get the bus from the bus stop close by or walk the coast path. Equally we are ideally located for day trips to other parts of Cornwall.
We are set back from St Ives Road and within easy walking distance to St Ives and Carbis Bay beaches
On the ground floor of the building is home to the 'Bean Inn Vegetarian and Vegan kitchen' offering dining, meal packs and take-aways.
The rooms and dining rooms feature art work by Katrina Slack which range from mixed large media pieces made from ghost fishing gear to traditional Cornish landscapes. Art can be purchased during your stay.
